While we endeavour to ensure all our guests enjoy their time with us, we do ask that any issues or comments you may have are brought to the attention of our team as soon as possible during your stay. Please contact reception in person or by dialling ‘0’ from your bedroom – the manager on duty will deal with your concerns to reach a satisfactory outcome wherever possible. For any physical construction issues which cannot be immediately remedied, we reserve the right to source alternative accommodation within the area of the same standard or higher. We highlight the importance of satisfactory resolution at this stage, we are limited in reparation methods after your departure.
Any issues experienced, if not reported during your time with us, must be reported to us no later than 5 days from your departure date. These issues will be investigated in depth by the hotel management team, please contact the relevant hotel using the individual hotel’s email address found on our website. All correspondence should be marked for the attention of the General Manager and will be handled in an efficient and effective manner and you will be treated courteously. Please allow us 14 days to investigate your issues fully and respond. We request that you refrain from posting to any online or social media platforms whilst we are investigating your issue.
Should you find it necessary to pursue the matter further, please email our head office at customer.services@sgehotelgroup.com quoting your booking reference, name the booking was made in, the date of your visit and any previous correspondence regarding the matter. We can only discuss issues with the lead booker or to another member of the party with the lead booker’s written permission in line with GDPR regulations and our privacy policy.
Our team will treat you with courtesy and respect and we ask that our team members be treated in the same manner. Should any of our team be subject to verbal or physical abuse or the property damaged in any way, no recompense of any kind will be made. We reserve the right to refuse services without notice and involve authorities if we feel it necessary, or if the safety of the team and or the property is at risk.
